Our recommendation
Choose the Ekrin B37S if you use a massage gun daily and want it to last, with the battery and warranty to prove it. Choose the Toloco if you want to try percussion therapy cheaply or need a second gun for the gym bag. The price gap is real, but so is the durability gap.
Battery and endurance
The B37S's 8-hour battery is roughly triple the Toloco's practical runtime. Daily users will notice this constantly; occasional users will not care.
Warranty and build
Ekrin's lifetime warranty against Toloco's standard limited warranty tells the durability story. Owner reports consistently rate the B37S's build a tier above.
Features per dollar
The Toloco fights back on paper: twenty speeds and ten attachments versus the B37S's six speeds. For casual use those extras are fun, though most users settle on two or three speeds permanently.
